Fr. Terry has been the rector of St. James since 2005. Six of his seven children were confirmed at St. James by Bishop Alan Scarf, and he has baptised three of his own grandchildren at St. James as well as numerous other children. He was ordained at some church in Canada in …..

Fr. Terry is also a Professor at Central College in the nearby town of Pella, IA. There he teaches courses in Philosophy, Theology, Religion, and Foreign Language. He is a two-time Fulbright scholar, the first grant sent him to Beiruit, Lebanon, and the second to Amman, Jordan. His extracurricular activities include music, biking, and hockey.
