The following essay by Rev. William Galpin is the 36th edition of this tract, and it was printed by The Parish Printery, St. Paul's Parish, Muskegon, Michigan. No publication date is given. The tract was sold for 4 cents so this publication is not recent. Several attempts on my part to contact the parish have not led to any information about the Parish Printery or about descendants or knowledge of Rev. Galpin. Any information that anyone may have would be gratefully received. I think Rev. William Galpin is likely the father of William Freeman Galpin, an historian at Syracuse University who died in 1963. I have no further identification of descendants. I offer this fine little tract to those who wish to understand and practice the wonderful standards of Christian common sense in worship that have been preserved for us by Rev. William Galpin. Let me know which of the two formats below was most easily accessible for you.
