The ANNUAL MEETING of St. James' will be held on January 29, 2012 following the regular 9:00 worship service. A potluck brunch will follow the meeting. Mark your calendars to attend and help plan the future of our church. If you have reports to be included in the packet, please have them in the office by January 15th.

Worship Schedule can be found under the Liturgical Schedule section. It shows reader, acolyte, chalice and opener assignments. If you have a conflict, please find someone to take your place and notify the office so the correct information can be published in the bulletins.

Oil to fill the candles for one week is $12 and the 2012 Sanctuary Oil list is posted on the door to the office. Thank you for supporting this project which, in turn, assists our church with a regular expense.

If you would be interested in helping at the Ecumenical Cupboard [4th Friday morning of each month] or the End of Month Meals [last Wednesday of the month], please contact Artie Clark. St. James' participates in both these ministries, and additional volunteers would be welcomed.

If you have an item to be published in the weekly bulletin OR changes for the prayer list, please have them to Carol by Wednesday [see contact info at the beginning of the newsletter]. The bulletins are printed on Thursday mornings. Newsletters are mailed out between the 20th and 25th of every other month, so the deadline for newsletters is the 15th.
